This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes server log data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) that is technically required to deliver the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Vercel processes this data in the United States. The transfer relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses, as set out in Vercel's data processing addendum.
3. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, message) to handle your request. The form is submitted via FormSubmit which acts as a processor for delivering the message to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to process your request, unless a longer retention is required by law.
4. Fonts
The fonts on this website (Instrument Serif, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are delivered with the site. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other third-party font service when loading the page.
5. Language preference
We store your language choice (EN/DE) in your browser’s local storage so the preference persists across visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a usable bilingual interface).

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this website.
